UOL’s CertHE is suitable for individuals whose academic qualifications are insufficient for entry to the Bachelor of Laws program.
It offers the same four modules taken by LL.B students:
- Contract Law
- Criminal Law
- Legal System & Method
- Public Law
Students who successfully complete the CertHE may be able to transfer to the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) program.
