We also teach one-on-one on a regular basis (i.e., once or twice a week), fortnightly, or on an as-needed basis. If you would like to sign up but classes have already begun, we can arrange for several one-on-one sessions until you can join a group class, depending on your situation and needs.
Conflict of laws is an elective module normally taken by Year 3 students.
Known also as private international law, this module covers the body of rules applied by the English courts to cases with a foreign element, dealing with core issues of jurisdiction, substantive decision making and recognition of the laws of other jurisdictions.
