Note that law exams are not about rote learning, pure memorization, and regurgitation.<\/li>\n<li>Are you aiming just to pass, or <a href=\"http:\/\/uol-law-tutors.com\/index.php\/explain-your-teaching-philosophy\/\"><strong>are you aiming for a<\/strong> <strong>First or Second Upper<\/strong><\/a> in a particular module? (Your answer to this question is relevant to the next question.)<\/li>\n<li>If you were a client, would you feel confident \u2014 or, at the very least, <em>comfortable<\/em> \u2014 about retaining a lawyer who scored borderline passes in many of the \u201cbread and butter\u201d modules (contract, crime, property, trusts, family, etc)?
